Tests - Failed and improved tests on current master in Win32-configuration on Windows
Description
Some tests are failed and some are reported as improvements on the current master (SHA [revision removed]) while compiling OCCT in Win32-configuration on Windows (using MSVS 2015).

Steps to reproduce
Build Open Cascade in Win32 configuration with the following settings (to prevent some tests from failing while loading the appropriate modules):
To build Inspector you need Qt, the latest version of Qt 5 that was shipped with pre-built Win32-binaries was Qt 5.8.
Run all tests using DRAW testgrid command.
- BUILD_Inspector
- USE_FREEIMAGE
- USE_RAPIDJSON
- USE_VTK
