Shape Healing - Add API to BRepTools_Modifier to check if modification exists instead of handling exception from ModifiedShape
Description
Currently there is no possibility to check whether a modification exists for the specified shape or not without handling exception thrown by ModifiedShape.
It is suggested to add one.
